Designing a single-family house is not "art for art's sake", but a process that will set a pattern of life for the family that will live in it. As opposed to the uniform planning of a multi-apartment building, custom house design allows for wide variation of all the parameters. Apart from meeting aesthetic and architectural requirements, the planning of a house should be in agreement with the character, lifestyle and needs of each dweller. It doesn't come down to the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and children's rooms - there are a hundred seeming trifles that reveal their true significance only in the long term. This means that the success of a custom residential project rests on the architect's ability to hear and understand the customer, provide for every need and ensure than the customer's wishes are fulfilled as much as possible (which is why personal and direct communication between the architect and the future houseowner is of utmost importance).
We have a wide experience in custom house design and construction, measured not only in the number of houses built but in the time they have been in use - a testimony to their comfort and perfection of design. This fact is just another illustration of our approach to the Vitruvian triad of virtues. We place a high priority on all three of them: we make it useful, sturdy, and, of course, beautiful.
